Great Spirits, Great time.
Been multiple times. Love the spirits, the owners and staff. Have taken friends, who've enjoyed themselves and met many a fellow "taster' along the way. This is such a warm and welcoming place to sit and enjoy a fine tasting flight or craft cocktail. We have partaken in their cocktail classes and got my husband the best Christmas gift...a 5 gallon barrel of rum and his own special bottling run and label.

Relaxing, fun and educational afternoon
Had some family and friends in town and decided to visit the Trial Distilling tasting room. From the moment we walked in the experience was such fun. Met Steve who could not have been more helpful. Tried the flight of the spirits they make and enjoyed them all - even the rum (not a fan of rum in general). Was given a tour of where the magic happened, was a blast

Great people and classy atmosphere
The front tasting room is large enough for a group, but also friendly enough to taste a flight of spirits with just you and the owner behind the counter. Fabulous gin and vodka! Jerry was a great guy to talk to and if possible, it is well worth a tour of the back. The picture is of the still, which is gorgeous enough to be a work of art! Sign up for their mailing list. They are currently hosting a cocktail creation competition 👍

Great Stop
For those who enjoy going to vineyards and taprooms, I suggest a stop at the Trail Distilling tasting room. Their First City Vodka and Trillium Gin are both craft distilled spirits. I am especially fond of the Trillium gin and had the best gin and tonic ever at their tasting room. Owners/staff are friendly and gave us some great background on the finer points of distilling spirits.
