How is it 4 star!?! Our room is 95 Deg when we walked in it. After our first room smelled like weed was smoked in it. If you have any standards. This place will not do. And for the price we paid it is ridiculous. Mother’s Day weekend did us dirty and place we would normally book was booked up.

Very quiet hotel. Great location! I was afraid the shower water faucet was going to break off. So loose, sort of hanging there. Flip Lock on entrance door was so loose I didn't feel safe and secure. Carpet not clean, white substance stains at different areas. I hate to be so negative. Your employees very nice and friendly 👌

Unpleasant.
I went in to see if the hotel did discount rates for family’s with baby’s in the NICU at river bend because my wife who was just released and I have a new born and were staying 30min away. I was not told that you had to live a specific amount of miles away from the hotel to rent a room when we came to check in the denied us out reservation because we don’t live at least 30 miles away and this was the only hotel we could afford cause we are low income, now we will most likely be sleeping on the floor at the NICU at least we will be close to our little girl. The hospital would also no accommodate us because we did not live far away enough from the hospital.

Do not stay here!!!
This hotel is barely a 2 star. We got ripped off during our stay here during grad week as they advertised as being a 4 star on trip advisor. The hotel room is old, furniture is outdated, toilets are not cleaned properly, mildew in the shower. To top things off our room smelled like pickles and the television did not even work! They should be ashamed for charging such exorbitant prices.
