  The staff make the difference

  I travel a lot and spend many weeks away from family and friends. One thing that made my stay at this hotel a good experience was the smiles and the kindness I was met with every single day. Facilities is not new but it fits the price and the rooms have what you need. Its the staff who makes the difference. All staff I met was very kind and did their best to make the stay pleasent. One person in particular made a difference just by her smile and welcoming personality. Thankyou Alice for starting every day wih a smile at breakfast.

  Nice stay at Best Western.

  Best Westerns are generally very nice hotels at which to stay especially if you are bringing your best friend with you, a pet. This hotel is no exception. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have breakfast included in the price. I would only say that prices seem to have increased quite a bit at the Best Westerns which then makes me choose between Best Western, Holiday Inn, or some other brand.

  Our Usual Good Experience

  We have stayed at this property several times since 2018. The staff is friendly and the accommodations are clean. Breakfast is a very good selection of items and kept replenished. We headed back home unexpectedly two weeks after our stay on September 23 and tried to make same-day reservations for the night. Maybe because of the short notice, I don't know; but the rate was more than $30 higher for a Wednesday night, as opposed to our Tuesday night stay before. I think this fluctuation of rates on a rather arbitrary basis is not in the best interest of your guests...just the best interest of the bottom line.

  Extremely Outdated and Dirty

  There is no elevator in this 2 story hotel. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The rooms are very old, outdated and the room had an unpleasant odor. The windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them. The hotel is not the quality of a normal Best Western hotel. It is very overpriced for the condition of the rooms. The security needs improving also. Anyone can get into the hotel and hallways through back entrances which are not locked. We will never stay there again.

  Clean stay but safety and accessibility fell short

  It was clean and staff was friendly, so it worked for an overnight stay, but there were exterior doors that had no security and there was no elevator access to the second floor.
