For example, when you request a printed travel guide from us, we will keep the information related to your order so we can fulfill the specific request you have made. After that, we will keep the information for a period which enables us to handle or respond to any questions or concerns related to the order. The information may also be retained so that we can continue to improve your experience with us.
We will actively review the information we hold and delete it securely, or in some cases, anonymize it, when there is no longer a legal, business or customer need for it to be retained. If you stop interacting with us, we will remove or anonymize your information after 7 years.
Access and Portability of Data:

An example would be if your guide order specified an interest in family-friendly travel, we will use analytics to show you family-friendly travel content on traveloregon.com. Unsubscribe/Opt-Out
We do not want to send you information you do not want to receive. All of our email newsletters include links in the footer of the email for managing all aspects of your subscription, including the ability to globally unsubscribe from such communications.
