Elements Tapas Bar & Lounge is Medford’s first tapas bar, and our philosophy is really quite simple: take the best local ingredients, make wonderful food, and pair it with a great drink.

Tapas are a way of eating and a way of living. It is a unique shared experience that is more sociable than any sit-down restaurant. To eat tapas-style is to eat communally, free from the schedules and rigidity of a traditional meal.

We are located on the corner of Front and Main in downtown Medford. We feature a full bar, beers on tap and in the bottle, and the region’s most extensive list of Spanish wines. We offer traditional and non-traditional, hot and cold tapas made with care, using the best local and regional ingredients.
