Small quantities of early Muscat and Cuvee M, an Alsatian-style white blend, round out the lineup. Dewey is the general manager and winemaker; Robin is the culinary director and label artist. WildAire Cellars' goal is to craft exceptional wines with grapes that were grown using sustainable farming methods that accurately reflect the essence of the vineyard and the vintage. Oregon's unique climate is perfect for growing world-class Pinot Noir and we feel very fortunate to be able to make wine in such a gorgeous place. WildAire Cellars was started in 2005 and is the shared dream of the husband and wife team of Matthew and Jean Driscoll of McMinnville, Oregon. WildAire Cellars is a small, virtual winery located in Illahe Vineyard's winery facility in Dallas, Oregon. We have also opened a wine tasting shop in Carlton Oregon. We produce ultra-premium wines for an affordable price.

Our winemaking philosophy is to start with beautiful fruit from some of Oregon's premier vineyards and then gently guide the grapes through the fermentation. Our small size lets us pay careful attention to every detail of the winemaking process. We constantly taste and evaluate the wines during their lifespan to ensure that the wine is absolutely the best that we can make. We age all of our wines in French Oak barrels and about thirty percent of them are new oak.

The winemaking philosophy of the Myers family is to produce an expression of the unique characteristics of the vineyards of the North Willamette Valley. The valley, directly influenced by the Pacific Ocean only 40 miles to the west, is a prime location for growing Pinot noir, Pinot gris and Riesling. Marine air moves into the valley each evening, cooling the summer and fall days. This provides optimum gradual ripening conditions. The climate, coupled with astute vineyard management practices, results in a wine requiring limited intervention, allowing the natural terroir expression.
