Eyrie Vineyards

David Lett was the Willamette Valley's original Pinot pioneer and in 1965, he planted the first Pinot noir in this region, and the New World's first Pinot gris. In 1975, The Eyrie Vineyards produced the first American Pinot noir to compete successfully in France. All Eyrie wines are estate-grown, without the use of pesticides or herbicides. The vineyards are located in the Red Hills of Dundee, and the winery is in nearby McMinnville. Jason Lett has recently taken over from his father as winemaker and vineyard manager, and joins David and Diana in welcoming you to The Eyrie Vineyards.
