We are a family run organically certified wild edible farm located in Oregon's lush Willamette Valley. ShireWood Farm is best known for it's Oregon Truffles ~ `the ultimate Pacific Northwest culinary delicacy.`
We offer private truffle forays under the canopy of our douglas fir grove, and we provide services to those desiring to grow your own truffles! Our fresh wild edibles are available for purchase when in season. In the near future we will be offering truffle enhanced food products.
