The center of town, including California Street and several side streets, will be closed to vehicles until 4 pm, allowing attendees to walk easily from venue to venue. A schedule of activities and a location map will be distributed during the day to all attendees. At 10AM, a bi-plane fly over will kick-off the “History on Parade” on California Street with radio personalities Garth & Rosemary Harrington as the announcers.
