Lithia Park: Reports of a blue mist floating directly over the center of the pond, often attributed to a little girl who was murdered there in 1875.
Jacksonville
Herman Helms House: In the late 1800s, epidemics, murder and suicide claimed the lives of a dozen members of the Helms family who lived in the old wood-framed house.
Wolf Creek
Wolf Creek Inn: A vampire haunts the inn, and has also been spotted on the freeway.

Central Oregon
Bend
Northwest Oregon Avenue: smoke, weird lights, footsteps and voices have all been reported in this area.
Culver
Highway 97: A stretch of road between Culver and Crooked River Bridge is the source of much strange activity, from cows with glowing eyes to ghosts walking the road at night.
Redmond
New Redmond Hotel: many orbs have been photographed in the hallways. Footsteps and strange presences have been detected.

Coast
Cannon Beach
On Highway 101, "Bandage Man", a smelly ghost completely wrapped in bandages, jumps into passing vehicles along the off-ramp.
Florence
Heceta Head Lighthouse: The Lady in Grey, the ghost of a frail old woman, floats across the room and through closed doors in the caretaker's house. She has been known to scream on occasion, rattle dishes in the cupboard and eavesdrop from the stairs.
Newport
Yaquina Bay Lighthouse: the ghost of a murdered sea captain, with red hair and the face of a skeleton, haunts this deserted three-story lighthouse.
Tillamook
Tillamook Lighthouse: Built on a jagged rock considered by locals to be posessed by evil spirits, thid lighthouse has been plagued with "low, chilling groans" and ghost ships.

Eastern Oregon
Baker City
Baker Hotel: reports of ghost parties on the second floor, and ladies of the evening coming down the stairway.
Joseph
Wallowa Lake State Park: The Wallowa Monster, a black serpentine creature with the head of a hog, has been seen swimming in this lake since the early 1800s. Legend says that the serpent lies in waiting for unwitting swimmers to cross the lake.
La Grande
Hot Lake Hotel: Once featured on Fox Family Channel's "Scariest Places on Earth", this former sanitarium is haunted by the ghosts of former tenants who walk the corridors at night. Footsteps, piano music, and screams echo through the empty building.

Mt Hood and Columbia River Gorge
Hood River
Columbia Gorge Hotel: there have been a number of sightings in the Waterfall room, which include sightings of a woman in a wedding dress. Some people have also seen her jumping from the belltower.
Mt. Hood National Forest (Little Crater Lake): some people have reported hearing crying at night at the Little Crater Lake campground, as well as a white cat that disappears when you get close to it.
Troutdale
McMenamins Edgefield: before becoming McMenamins Edgefield, this building was used as a poor farm and later used as a nursing home. It is said to have strong activity above the wine cellars (which was once a morgue) and in the cellars themselves.

Portland Metro
Clackamas
Harmony House: A haunted restaurant that has been the source of many sightings by staff and customers.
Forest Grove
Pacific University: Vera, a former music student who died in Knight Hall, is said to haunt the building. She can be heard singing and playing piano and voicing her displeasure at some students' performances.
Oregon City
Barclay House: several ghosts of members of the Barclay family still wander the home. A phantom dog leaves paw prints on the carpet.

Willamette Valley
Eugene
Kmart on Goodpasture Island Road: stock room doors open and close by themselves, and signs hanging from the ceiling sway back and forth as if being tapped. A night stocker once witnessed talking Elmos in a large display all talk and move at the same time.
Mount Angel
Providence Benedictine Nursing Center: the ghosts of former residents walk up and down the halls. Visitors have reported being tapped on the shoulder and asked, "Can you help me?" only to turn around and find no one there.
Salem
Governor's Mansion: every three or four days around 7:30 a.m., the ghost of Thomas Livesley, the millionaire who built the home in 1925, can be seen wearing a blue-grey robe in the master bedroom.
