Larks Home Kitchen Cuisine located at Ashland Springs Hotel in downtown Ashland is a celebration of Oregon - its farms, orchards, vineyards and chocolatiers. Our executive chef Damon Jones uses the freshest produce to create comfort food from scratch. His daily specials feature what's locally in season right to your table. Larks wine list is created with special attention to our great Oregon wines will impress all wine lovers. Lunch and dinner daily.

On December 29, 2006 in the article titled: "2006: The Year of Eating Dangerously" the Oregonian food critic David Sarasohn raved about our restaurant's fried chicken, calling it "the best thing he ate all year".

“Executive chef Damon Jones at the hotel restaurant, Larks is a self-confessed Alabama “scratch cook” whose home-style, farm-to-table menu - from meatloaf to fried chicken - is, he says, inspired by “what my grandmother used to make” (from Sactown magazine, February/March 2008).
