The Portland Rose Festival is Oregon's signature event since 1907. Highlights include the Waterfront Village at Tom McCall Waterfront Park, the PGE/SOLV Starlight Parade, the Fred Meyer Junior Parade, History & Roses Tour of Vintage Homes & Gardens and the premier event, the KeyBank Grand Floral Parade, featuring a section celebrating Oregon's 150th birthday.
