Savor Clear Creek Distillery’s pear brandy and Oregon single malt whiskey. Find out how this good stuff is made in a guided distillery tour. Tours are Saturdays at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. (by reservation). The tasting room is open without reservations on weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays 12 to 5 p.m. For reservations, call ahead or email steve@clearcreekdistillery.com.
