HVW produces small quantities of hand crafted wine from premium vineyard sites in Oregon's Willamette Valley. We emphasize low yields and careful hands-on management of the vines to produce wines that express the unique characteristics of our vineyard sites. Our "Le Pavillon" vineyard, located in "the Red Hills of Dundee" on classic Jory soil, is over 30 years old, and contains blocks of Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay. Additional plantings are now producing at our vineyard in the Eola Hills, and at our Estate/winery location in West Linn.Our top cuvees are offered under the Holloran label, and provide flavors and aromas that are representative of their source vineyard. Our Stafford Hill line provides outstanding value for handcrafted, small production wines.
