Millers of over 300 healthy, whole grain flours, cereals and baking mixes. Center features a bakery, deli, café, and 18 foot operating water-wheel and historic milling equipment. Open Monday-Friday 6am-6pm (serve breakfast & lunch). Saturdays 7am-5pm.
