Oregon Coast Upcoming Events
The coast region is home to many small cities and towns, as well as a number of quaint fishing villages. Here, friendly locals feel lucky to live in a place where people come to vacation, and are eager to point visitors to the best places to eat, explore and unwind.
There are many and varied fishing and boating options at the coast. Take a whale-watching boat tour in Depoe Bay, home to "resident" gray whales. Or, head south to Brookings for a guided deep-sea fishing trip.
Many of the coast's small towns are home to charming restaurants that overlook the Pacific and serve fresh seafood in cozy, quiet spaces.
