Begin or end each day with a beach yoga class, held on beautiful Cannon Beach. Treat your body and mind to a relaxing and invigorating session of yoga as you inhale the fresh sea air and listen to the crashing waves. Our instructor will lead you through a series of poses that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and your body limber. Great for all skill levels. Class meets at the Oregon Surf Adventures office.
