Four years after the first retained crush, Dry Hollow Vineyards opened their new tasting room in the spring of 2005 in The Dalles, Oregon. On the crest of the hill overlooking the vines, with a panorama across and down the eastern slopes of the Columbia River Gorge, the Tasting Room views perfectly compliment the fine wines of our small family vineyard. Famous for their estate Merlot and Syrah, Dry Hollow vineyards is open Friday & Sunday from noon-5pm from Memorial Day to Thanksgiving.
