Held on the Saturday before Fathers Day each June. The festival was originally created to celebrate the Grande Ronde Rivers new environmental management quality standards. The festival has become the annual event with local vendors, an art show, numerous musical offerings, community celebration, yard sales, river-rafting, parade, food, antique cars, motorcycle clubs, public service exhibits and a variety of business interests on display. Free to the public.
