Since 1985 Chef Rob, known as "the easy going Chef," creates gourmet NW cuisine in a historical Pendleton Landmark, formerly the home of Roy Raley, first President of the Pendleton Round Up. Rob has a natural grasp of preparing wild game, apple smoked entrees, steaks, seafood, pastas, and uses huckleberries in many dishes.
