Since 1985 Chef Rob, known as "the easy going Chef," creates gourmet NW cuisine in a historical Pendleton Landmark, formerly the home of Roy Raley, first President of the Pendleton Round Up. Rob has a natural grasp of preparing wild game, apple smoked entrees, steaks, seafood, pastas, and uses huckleberries in many dishes. An Oregon Bounty Six Course Wine Makers Dinner during October 2006, will feature Pendleton raised lamb and Zerba Winery from Milton-Freewater. Call for more information.
