Where's Miss Dotty and Yello" Why, they're off on a new adventure, this time in Sisters Oregon, visiting The Heritage Building through the month of July 2009.
High Desert Gallery & Custom Framing of Central Oregon in cooperation with The Heritage Building in Sisters is pleased to announce a special exhibition of the "Miss Dotty and Yello" collaboration from regionally acclaimed Oregon Artists, Kathy Deggendorfer and Tonye Belinda Phillips. The highly collectible "Miss Dotty" Series will be exhibited in The Heritage Building Through July 30, 2009. This event is free and open to the public.
