High Desert Gallery & Custom Framing of Central Oregon in cooperation with The Lodge at Suttle Lake is pleased to announce a special exhibition of the very collectible “Miss Dotty & Yello” collaboration from regionally acclaimed Oregon Artists,Kathy Deggendorfer and Tonye Belinda Phillips. The “Miss Dotty” series will be exhibited in the Boardroom through June 28, 2009 and is free and open to the public.
