Art in the High Desert is a juried fine art and craft festival taking place in a grassy park along the Deschutes River, across from the Shops at the Old Mill, in Bend, Oregon.
The three-day event will feature 100 juried fine art and craft artists from the Pacific Northwest and across the country. The result for festival-goers will be an opportunity to buy new original work that is at the caliber found at nationally recognized festivals such as Art in the Pearl (Portland, Oregon), Bellevue Festival of the Arts (Bellevue, Washington) Scottsdale Art Festival (Scottsdale, Arizona), and La Quinta Arts Festival (La Quinta, California). The spectrum of art available will include painting, ceramics, fiber, photography, sculpture, jewelry, furniture, glass and more.
Art in the High Desert is produced by a non-profit community-based organization to support the visual arts in Central Oregon.
