Pruning starts in the early months of the year. We tend our vines by hand, waiting for the fruit to mature. The hot days and the cooler nights are perfect for our Willamette Valley fruit. Our warm, dry fall weather enhances the intensity of flavors at harvest. Then comes the crush! A very busy time of juggling grapes, to juice, to fermentation. Fermentation is one of the first steps where the winemaker imparts his signature on the wine. Whether in tank, or small oak barrels, the aging of the wine is where the winemaker then has the final opportunity to perfect his craft. The last step in bringing the wines to consumer is bottling. It is now ready for you to enjoy with your friends and family - from our family of wineries here in the East Willamette Valley.
